RANGE Hospitality Advisory (operated by RANGE SIXTY, LLC) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit rangehospitalityadvisory.com, how we use it, and the service providers that help us operate the site.

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through the forms on our site:

• —Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you include in your message.
• —Operator diagnostic: your name, email address, business name, and the responses you provide about your operation. These responses may include business and operational details you choose to share.

We do not collect payment data or government identifiers, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information. We also receive standard technical data (such as IP address and browser information) through our hosting and the tools described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a conversation, and provide the advisory services you’re asking about. For the operator diagnostic, your responses are also used to generate a pre-call briefing so our conversation starts from a real understanding of your business. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service Providers

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the site and process submissions. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function:

• —Formspree processes our contact form and delivers submissions to us by email.
• —Supabase stores operator diagnostic submissions in our database.
• —Resend delivers diagnostic notifications to us by email.
• —Vercel hosts the site, may record standard server logs for security and performance, and provides our web analytics (see Cookies & Tracking below).

AI Processing

When you complete the operator diagnostic, your responses are sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to generate the pre-call briefing described above. This processing is used solely to prepare that briefing. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold. Anthropic processes the data as our service provider under its commercial terms.

Cookies & Tracking

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. The Pixel sets cookies and collects information about your visit (such as pages viewed, your IP address, and browser data), which is shared with Meta to measure and improve our advertising.

We use Apollo.io to identify, at a company level, the organizations that visit this site. It receives your IP address in order to make that match. It does not identify you personally, and we do not use it for person-level tracking.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage: page views, referrers, and general device and country information. It does not use cookies, does not collect or store IP addresses or any personal identifiers, and does not track you across other sites. We do not use Google Analytics.

You can limit or opt out of this tracking through your browser’s cookie controls and through your Meta account ad and privacy settings.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through our forms. Email us at the address below and we’ll handle the request promptly. You can also manage tracking cookies through the controls described above.

Third-Party Links

Our site links to external websites (such as LinkedIn and Facebook). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect information submitted through this site. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
